     Founded in 2009 by Aunty Anne and Uncle Mike, with the invaluable support of Uncle Dino and a few friends, Roxy's Island Grill has grown from humble beginnings to a flourishing enterprise. At the core of Roxy's Island Grill lies a profound inspiration drawn from the Japanese concept of ""Kaizen"" - the art of continuous improvement. Since our humble beginnings, we've embraced this philosophy, always striving to refine and evolve our processes. This commitment to growth and innovation has allowed us to expand and open multiple locations, all while staying true to the heart and soul of our original dream - to serve mouthwatering Hawaiian Island-style cuisine to our beloved Oregon locals.

     Today we are 8 locations strong and we know that our hardworking crew has been the secret to our success.

     From its modest origins in 2009, the restaurant has grown and by maintaining the highest quality, Roxy's Island Grill has carved a place in the hearts of its patrons. Let's take a look at the awesome journey of our Roxy's Island Grill locations and the incredible individuals behind their success:

In 2016, the Murray location became a franchise, thanks to the dedication and hard work of Maica, who initially started out as a Cashier in 2014. Her passion and commitment led her to take the leap into our very first franchise ownership.

The year 2016 brought more franchise success as the Tualatin location was taken under the wings of two exceptional individuals. Katie, who began as a Cashier, and Ray, who started as a Cook, teamed up and took over the Tualatin franchise. Their combined expertise and enthusiasm created a winning combination.

By 2018, the McLoughlin location was proudly franchised by Sean, who initially joined us as a FOH (Front of House) team member. Sean's journey from a front-line role to becoming a franchise owner showcases the remarkable growth opportunities at Roxy's.

The year 2019 brought even more excitement as the Canby location found its franchise owners in Danny, who started as Prep, and Shayna, who began as a Cashier. Their passion for our cuisine and commitment to excellence made them perfect candidates to lead their own Roxy's Island Grill.

Fast forward to 2023, and we had the pleasure of witnessing the franchising of the Jenkins location. The Jenkins location was taken under the care of Ikaika, Caitlin and Elle as they stepped up to become part of this exciting journey.

And let's not forget about the Sherwood location, which became our Tualatin team's second successful franchise. Their dedication and proven track record in running a thriving location made Sherwood the perfect place to share the Roxy's Island Grill experience.

We are beyond proud of our incredible team members who transformed their roles into business ownership, showcasing the growth potential and family-like spirit at Roxy's. Each location represents the essence of our dream, to share the flavors of Hawaii with Oregon locals, and we couldn't have asked for a better group to spread the aloha vibes far and wide.
